Ordering
Please contact me directly to discuss ordering an instrument. I need your full contact information including name, phone number, email, and mailing address. To place an order I ask for a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will secure your position in my wait queue as well as the quoted cost for the instrument.
Wait Time
I am currently fulfilling orders within 1-2 years. Please note this is an estimation and fluctuations can occur. I will contact you before I begin construction of your instrument and typically it will take 6-8 weeks to complete. I ask for half of the payment to be made at this point at the beginning of the construction. Upon completion of your instrument I require the remaining payment, including shipping charges before the instrument is shipped.
Trial Period
You have 4 days to decide if you want to keep the instrument or return it for a full refund (less deposit). Return shipping is your responsibility and any damages incurred during your possession of the instrument will be deducted from the refund. For non standard custom instruments this is not applicable.
Guarantee
I guarantee all materials and craftsmanship for 1 year. I will repair free of charge (excluding shipping) any damages. This excludes any wear and tear or improper handling of the instrument.
Guitar Options and Specifications
The standard model for a classic or flamenco instrument has the following options:
- Wood for the top is either Swiss Alpine Spruce or Western Red Cedar.
- Back and sides is Indian Rosewood or Mediterranean Cypress. There are more options available, please contact me.
- Tuning machines are Ghoto Premiums and either Planetary Pegs or traditional wooden friction pegs for flamenco instruments.
- 650mm scale with a 52 mm nut is standard
- Instruments are completely French Polished and a tap plate is included for flamenco instruments.
- Quality, hard-shell composite case is included in the price of your guitar order
- Please inquire about any other modifications, I am happy to discuss a custom instrument for your particular needs.
Sample Guitar
I occasionally have instruments available in the shop ready to sample/purchase. Please contact me regarding this option, I am happy to ship anywhere in the world.
